Telefang Pokemon Hack
Hi
I'm thinking of making a hack of FireRed. The storyline is sort of adapted from the Telefang storyline,except that it turned to fit Pokemon.
UPDATE: I have decided to use the full Telefang storyline and gameplay (with minor changes, of course) See the following sections for details.
Beginning plot:
The Intro:Oak Your father talks to you about a baseball competition.
Three (or more) friends are playing baseball. One friend hits the ball very far. The protagonist ran after it, but later his friend came after him, and followed him to look for the ball. Soon they found the ball near a tree. His advanced D-Shot phone starts ringing, and it was a call from ???. Soon they both fall into the tree (xDD), otherwise called an Antenna Tree. (this part was edited, as the original one was crap xP)
He and his friend fall and land on their backs in an unknown village. There, the mayor (or the Dragon Denjuu, Musa) happened to be looking for someone to help him solve a problem at the water station. Tabasuko (I think) has laid their hands on the water supply, cutting off the supply to the village. However, being a rural village, the people are mostly elderly, and do not have the ability to stop them. Therefore, seeing that the protagonist is a youngster full of energy, the mayor requests that he helps them.
The player decides to help them, seeing that this was a case of life and death (xD). Thus, the mayor leads him (the player) into his office, and shows him a Denjuu at the corner, along with its phone number. That, was his first partner.
His friend decides to stay back at the Mayor's office to investigate more on this world.
And the story goes on... he saves them, advances into other villages in order to find out more about this new world. Throughout the journey, he makes new friends, gets entwined in complicated plots, and totally forgets about his baseball match and his other friends. But who knows...

Features:
NO Pokemon, but Denjuu (or E-Monsters, as the bootleg calls it)
NO Gyms/Elite 4, just bosses like in Telefang
Phone numbers is the way to "get" Denjuu, since every Denjuu had a D-Shot phone (not Poke Balls, but oh well :/)
You will always have only 1 Denjuu at your side, but during battle you can call two more (maybe I'll change it) before a battle. (but hard as well. oh well again)

June 10 - Decided to hack FR instead of LG (nvm about what I've done so far)
June 16 - Decided to go (almost) full on Telefang storyline and gameplay
How was it? I thought of it on the spot, so it might not have been very well thought through. Give me comments on how it could be improved, or whether this plot is even worth hacking (especially the hero part, maybe it's too bad a thing).
