I don't think Dragonite comes out of Safari Ball. Most likely hacked.

Dratini is in the Safari Zone in Leaf Green and Fire Red bub.
Do some research on catch locations before saying things are hacked.

EDIT: Weavile, can you tell us more info about this Milotic? Like what was "overly powerful" about it?

he was losing to it, so his only rational explanation was that it was hacked

My bad, I said "I don't think", meaning not to sure. I also said probably, meaning not really accusing. Regardless, I don't think Cherish Balls are open to general pokes like Umbreon.

Cherish balls only come in the DS Event Pokemon so Iwillmakeyoufaint is an obvious hacker.

i got my umbreon in a trade, i wont use it any more if it was hacked i wasnt sure it was an honest mistake.

edit** i released it so quit crying.

How the heck was Shadowdragon154 crying? He/She was stating that you were a hacker. NOT whining. It's your fault for using the Gts btw. It's risky.

i'm here to confirm that Iwillmakeyoufaint actually hacks his pokemon.

he battled Cema in Cema's thread. he had a Tyranitar that did not have Sandstream as its ability. in response, he used the same excuse:

got my tyranitar in a trade. didn't know it was hacked released it already.

how does someone not recognize that their tyranitar did not have sandstream? he obviously hacked for it and the rest of his pokemon. why do i conclude this? well:

1. no one would go through the trouble of hacking for a Tyranitar without its actual ability and trading it. if the person can actually hack, then they could just hack for the pokemon they wanted rather trade for them.

2. after finding out that his first set of pokemon were hacked the first time, you'd think he'd look at all his traded pokes and see whether they were hacked before battling someone again. but no, he obviously didn't especially when he used a Tyranitar without Sandstream.

3. if he actually did trade for the Tyranitar, then he could've simply seen that it didn't have Sandstream and could have not used it at all, but he did, and continued to use it in his battle.

this guy hacks and should be kept from battling people who don't know any better. he clearly is one of them... i mean really... no sandstream?

Second time he was mentioned. He was caught with half his team in Cherish Balls. His excuse? "I got them in a trade"! Not good enough.

what you want me to do send you a im sorry thank you card or something? i havent been playing pokemon for years on end like you guys mistakes happen. get over it and quit *****ing.

why does it matter anyway, hes caught in a red ball, so i was winning, if u r a good trainer and not a noob it wont matter what they caught it into...

The problem is, it is impossible to catch it in said red ball. Only event pokemon are in those. I don't mind if he didn't know, mistakes happen, but don't show off those mistakes on wi-fi.

But isn't your main quote "it doesn't matter what ball or location it is caught, it just matters that their stats aren't hacked."

I think it should say don't show the laziness of using an action replay on Wi-Fi. XD

Yeah, but those stats has been altered as well. He then eliminates all reasoning with those Cherish Balls. His Ttar didn't have Sand Stream. If your gonna hack, do it right. He got it in a trade, but still.

That last sentence you wrote got me cracking up. I said the EXACT SAME THING yesterday. Like I said, if ya do something wrong, do it right.

Or don't do it at all? That makes much more sense.

Well, lets not discuss this here. We can both say that neither of us hack. If they decide to mess up their game with AR, thats on them.

But regardless, let's not talk on that here, lest the mods come.

umm D/C'ing isn't against the rules, it's uncalled for, but not against the rules. I have had a few times where I have dropped my DS and the likes and even just walking upstairs my connection can dissapear.

even if he did do it on purpose, you can't report him for it, people D/C from me all the time, even if it IS on purpose.

I'm here to report Iwillmakeyoufaint.
He used a Garchomp caught in UltraBall, while still having Outrage, a breed move. A Garchomp can't learn Outrage by means of level up, Move Tutor, TM or any other way. The only way to get it is through breeding, which would result Garchomp being in a Pokeball.
