3rd Gen Hail

Hi i've heard before that the Attack Hail raises the accuracy of the Attack Blizzard i was just wondering if this is true and if so does it raise the accuracy of other ice attacks as well?

That's only in the 4th Generation. I'm pretty sure that Hail just adds onto Blizzard's accuracy, but I'm not 100% sure.

The Blizzard with 100% AC in Hail thing started in the 4th Generation, meaning that the other games never had this effect. And no, it doesn't apply to other Ice Moves, not even in the fourth Generation.
