4th Gen Happiness evolution

    Hey ppl...so i've got a Budew and i'm having a hard time making it evolve...it must get happiness to a scerten point...but how do i get its happiness to raise? its level 21 btw
     
    walking... giving it items, using items on it, battling with it....

    try giving it the soothe bell and bike around like mad.
     
    I'm a mod? April Fool xD Give it those stats reducing berries.
    Qualot, Pomeg, Hondew, Kelpsy, Grepa, Tamato.
    Don't worry about the EV reduction, you can easily regain them back.
    If you don't have many of them, just grow.

    make sure it doesn't faint. give it exp. share and put it in front of your party and start pwning with another pokemon. thta's how i got a lvl 26 Blissey. I could've done it earlier but i didn't give happiny the oval stone until lvl 24. also take it for walks, they're always good. do you have the poketch app which tells you how happy they are. if it's 2 lovehearts it's really happy, 2 big ones is max happiness. i think happy means 70% happiness if i'm not mistaken. meh. just train with it, make sure it doesn't faint and go for runs/walks.
     
    Oh yeah, one more thing.
    If you want to restore its health, use
    Moomoo Milk/Lemonade/Soda Pop/Fresh Water
    These also raise happiness I think.

    I know it's not really on topic, but where do you get the soothe bell on Diamond? My Buneary is level 32 and still hasn't evolved, and it's driving me crazy.
