3rd Gen Happiness is found..

I am trying to get my Golbat to evolve into a Crobat, I caught this one golbat while lvling a treecko in Victory road. He fainted 3 of my pokemon. So I caught him named him HArDaZz. Now, I want him to evolve. Anyone know some ways besides just having him in your party for a long time. Are to get his happiness up?

Giving him Vitamans makes him happy, and that also helps with EV Training. Also, put it in battles that he can easily win to make him happy and level up once.

Raising Happiness:
- Walk 256 steps with the Pokemon in your active Party. (+1 for all happiness values)
- Take the Pokemon to Daisy Oak in Pallet Town for Grooming in FireRed/LeafGreen only (+3 for values 0-199, +1 for values 200-254)
- Give the Pokemon Vitamins [HP Up, Carbos, Iron, Protein, Calcium, Zinc, PP Up] (+5 0-99, +3 100-199, +2 200-254)
- Usage in Important Battle [Gym Leaders, Elites, Champion] (+3 0-99, +2 100-199, +1 200-254)
- Level Up the Pokemon (+5 0-99, +3 100-199, +2 200-254 per level)

Give the golbat pokemon soothebell, Give it some vitamins they were listed ^ And you can try pokeblocks if your playing in r/s/e :D. It actually took my evee up to level 54 to finally evolve to an espoen in crystal but all I did was train it on people so thats why.
