hard to obtain pokes

Kyogre.........ugh. In Sapphire, I COULD NOT catch him. I bought 99 ultras and got to 23 where he killed himself with struggle. I was like O.O
 
so does nintendo purposly do these things to frusterate you or is it to chalange their more experienced custumers?

Giratina is anoying too. (sooooo many golbats!!!!!!) after I got a stronger team I went back to get the reeper cloth, but never could :( got a hole bunch of rare bones out of it, though.
