Harley Costume

Okay, um, excuse my ignorance, sir, but who is Harley? O_O
 
Isn't harley the the guy with the long purple hair?

I would suggest using some old clothes or something, but I dont remember what it looked like...anyone have a pic of his costume? I could give more detailed instructions.
 
Harley...is that a character from the anime or something? o_o If you could post some pictures of the character then maybe we can give you some ideas of material to use. ^^;
