i walked over and saw a teacher coming from hte kitchen

it was teh potions teacher, professor slughorn

"hello kitty" he said petting me

i purred and walked past him into the kitchen, i was starving!

Seraph gave Peter an odd look. "It won't..." She said, looking down at her feet. She looked out the window. The sky was black now, with silver whispy clouds floating by, given a sort of glow by the faint moonlight. She layed down, her feet still on the floor and buried her face in a throwpillow. She remembered the terrified look on the man who'd been killed, and ow it seemed to stay on his mangled, lifeless face even after he'd been killed. A few moments later, a throng of Ravenclaw students poured into the commonroom, and Saraph stood up and headed for the girls' dormitories. "G'night Peter." she said, sunding much more tired than she had before. Once she'd changed into her nightgown and lay in bed she still remembered the death of the man, and the scene played over and over in her mind until she was able to get to sleep.

"Wait," Peter said but it was no use, she was already off to bed. He figured he'd better go to bed. But it just didn't seem right. She was probably suffering from what she saw and he couldn't help her. Why did he want to help her? Could it be that he... Nah. Probably not. He got changed and climbed into bed.

The next morning, Seraph woke up with a massive headache. She hadn't gotte a lot of sleep last night. She stretched and put on her robes, and since it was so early and all the other girls were still asleep, she silently opened a window and climbed out a bit. She transformed into a falcon and leapt from the windowsill. Flying always helped to get her mind off of things. The sun was barely up, and the sky was light pink as it had been the evening before. the cool air felt good against Seraphs face as she lazily circled the castle.

Peter was awake and out of bed. He had changed into his robes for the day. He walked down to the Common Room and couldn't believe what he saw. Seraph was by an open window and she tranformed into an falcon.
'Now I really do need to try it out.'
Peter sat down by one of chairs. "Why didn't she tell me?"

i walked into teh kitchen and all the houselves came running up to me

"hey everyone" i said lazily as they swarmed around me "jsut the usual, pizza and a butterbeer"

the houselves swarmed around me with my butterbeer and pizza

"thanks everyone" i said taking te entire pizza

"your welcome" dobby said

"hey dobby, i havent seen you in a while" i saidgiving him a small hug

"if it wasnt for you last year, the entre kitchen would have burned up" he said

"no problem, it was fun to try out my first water summoning spell" i said laughing

"is there anything else that mr stanlex swords would like?" dobby asked

"no, im good, hows winky?" i asked

"winky is doing better, but she still mises mr crouch" he said, his ears drooping slighly

i ate my pizza adn drank my butter beer

"well, im off" i said to dobby

"goodbye mr stanlex swords" dobby sid waving

"i said it last year, just call me stanlex" i siad raising my hand

i transformed into a cat and walked out

'i wonder whats going to happen, now taht greyback is here' i thought

i went back to my comon room adn meowed loudly to wake up the fat lady

"what, whos-oh, its you" she said looking at me try not to sneak around as a cat, you look suspicious" she said

"man, i thought u had forgotten about that" i siad chucking

"not on your life" she said chuckling to

"wattlebird" i said lazily

"thats the one, now get some sleep, its after midnight" she siad

i went up to my room and just layed down after taking my robes off

"i shouldnt have had so much pizza" i sid to myself

--------

the next morning was bright and sunny

"well, time to go say hi to kayota" i said pulling on my robes

i went back to the hospital wing, great, she was still asleep

"did you want something dear?" madam pomfree asked

"just say i said hi" i sdai walking out the door

i went down to teh grounds and transformed into a cat, laying in the same spot i did yesterday, i looked up and saw a falcon in the air, it was flying rather close to the school, i wonder if it was an animagus?

The sun came up higher on the horizon. Seraph suspected it was about time for breakfast, so she flew into an open window on a high tower, the room was empty. She landed on the floor, and changed back. She hurried down the staircase leading out of the room, and many other flights of stairs, until she reached the Great Hall, exaughsted. The room was totally crowded and packed. Seraph found an empty seat at the Ravenclaw table, and sat there, and put food on her plate. A waffle and two fried eggs. And a glass of orange juice. Just then an enormous number of owls flooded into the Great Hall, landing at almost everyone's seats, delivering mail. A snowy owl landed in front of Seraph, and she untied a copy of 'The Daily Prophet' from it's foot. She unfolded the paper and immediately found an article about mass murders in the wizarding and muggle worlds. Apparently Lord Voldemort had managed to get himself an army of Death-Eater werewolves to do his bidding, and there were more and more of them every full moon. Seraph folded the paper back up and stared at nothing for a moment. All of that had spread to Hogwarts...What did Voldemort want? Greyback had seemed to be arguing with the man he'd killed, trying to make a deal of some sort...And not getting the information he'd wanted, killed the man out of rage.

Peter shuffled down to the Ravenclaw table for breakfast. Seraph was reading the Daily Prophet but he sat down next to her and helped himself to some food.
"You know," he said. "You could've told me you were an animagus."

Seraph looked startled at Peter. "What?! How did you find that out..?" she had a panicked look on her face. "Don't tell anyone!" She said frantically. She had no idea if she could really trust anyone with that information. She could get into big trouble if anyone knew, or if she was unable to use her animagus form as an effective disguise.

"You were doing it in plain view this morning," Peter explained. "I was going to wait for you to come down and just as I was about to go sit down I saw you transform and take off. But relax, I won't tell anyone..." he paused. "Maybe you can show me how to do it?"

"Well... It's really complicated, and it takes a lot of time..." She said, "I learned how from a book I found in the restricted section of the library. I had to sneak in to get it." She looked at Peter sadly. "I'm sorry, but it's very hard to get it." She thought a moment. "But if you really want to, we could sneak in later." She stood up and pushed her chair in. Her empty plate disappeared and she walked off to her first class, charms.

Peter followed her as he also had Charms. "You mean it is possible to get but it's extremely difficult?" he paused, frowning. "Well, okay. I'll give it a shot. By the way, do you want to go to the lake in one of our breaks?"

Seraph smiled. "Sure." She said, waiting for a group of other students to pass through the door of the Charms classroom before entering. She sat at a table toward the side of the room, and placed her wand and textbook in front of her.

Peter sat next to her and waited. He smiled at her a few times while she wasn't looking and then faced the front getting ready for Professor Flitwick. What Charm would they learn today? Although he was fairly fluent in it, he hoped they would practice the Summoning Charm.

Professor Flitwick stood on his stack of books behind the table at the front of the room. "Today, we will be learning the summoning charm." He said, flicking his wand and causing empty tin cans to appear at each table. He began to explain how to do it. "The incantation for this, is accio can!" He said, flicking his wand again, and one of the tin cans at a table zoomed through the air toward him. He caught it and tapped it with his wand, causng it to appear at the table it was at before. "Set your cans about a foot in front of you." he said, "Then say accio can, as I did, and the can will come foreward, hopefully into your hand. Start!" He said, climbing down from his pile of books. Seraph somehow managed to hit herself in the face with her can, but on the second try was able to do the charm correctly.

Peter did it correctly the first time. "Easy." The boy than went on to try and find other things, like quietly stealing other peoples cans with the charm (Making it look unintentional).
"This is fun," he said quietly to Seraph.

"Stop it!" Seraph chuckled, as she watched Peter wreak havoc with the summoning charm. She looked up at the clock, it was almost time to leave. She picked up her wand and books and stood up, just before the minute hand on the clock hit the twelve. She stood up and looked at her schedule. "What class do you have next? I have Transfiguration." she asked.

"Uhhh..." Peter said, checking his time table. "From the looks of things I have Care of Magical Creatures. See you at the lake after that? I won't have to walk far then..." he packed all of his things up.

"Oh, alright." Seraph replied, walking out the door toward the Transfiguration classroom. Proffesor McGonalgal, who was still the transfiguration teacher as well as headmistress was sitting on her desk in her cat form, watching intently as the students took their seats. "Today," she said after changing back, "we will be transforming candles into cats." After she'd explained how to do this, Seraph ended up making the candle into a wax, orange scented cat rather than a live one. She had to try several times to get it right. After class she hurried downstairs to the lake, and sat down to wait for Peter.

The Care of Magical Creatures lesson was kind of boring. Hagrid had explained to the class about how not to annoy a alot of animals, mainly ones near the Whomping Willow and Enchanted Forest. Thankfully, the lesson ended and Peter hurried to the lake where he saw Seraph.
"Hey," he said. "How was the lesson?"
