I think Ron and Krum likes Hermione, Hermione likes Harry, and Cho likes the Micheal Corner guy now. I bet Cho was crying because she liked Harry, but knew Hermione liked Harry, but stopped crying whenever she thinks of Krum liking Hermione. If you read GoF, Krum said: "She talkes about you a lot.", Thet gave away a BIG hint on Hermione's crush for 5 years.
