Well this got off-topic already in a few posts... =/
And I kinda doubt it = it's just similar appearances. (Or are you going to tell me Giovanni married Roark? =P) And to answer the question, this has been discussed by people before...ever since Silver's new look was revealed. That picture with Roak/Silver? Made at the time the coro coro pic came out. Believe me I remember the spammy spam from that well. =P
So seeing already it's been getting a bit 'eh', and besides the similar hair colour/poses...there's nothing else. They never meet or talk about the other (or Giovanni), nor did someone else make any links - and note that the 'Silver is Giovanni's son' thing game-wise at least has been around since rather non-subtle hints (in-game dialogue) in FR/LG. So going to close this, I'm afraid - just don't see this ending well based on before, or much production from this besides wild speculation.
Someone keep an eye on Roark though all the same.
