As far as I know, the Porygon episode was fixed years ago, replacing the seziure inducing-strobe lights with a safe form of animation. But the United States refuses to allow that episode to be aired, and now that the country is well into the sixth season, regardless of a second thought, the episode will probably never make it to the States.
