Has this ever happened to you?

I almost did once. It was pretty sad.

I was going to have a party at my house (because my birthday is in nov.) to watch some movies, eat popcorn/cookie cake, and maybe even hang at the mall later on, but I cought a bad cold three days before the party. I was feeling pretty good on the day of the party, so my parents allowed people to come. Only my best friends showed, which would be 2 (because my other best friend was on a vacation), but it was nice nontheless.

On of my friends did though. My parents refused to let me go to his party because it was 65 degrees outside and they were having a pool party.

That never happened to me, but there were some times where some people didn't show up.

I don't have birthdays anymore though, mainly because of the fact that all of the birthdays I can remember turned out horrible.

Luckily, this has never happened to me and any party I do have for my birthday, I have a good show from family and friends. Since I am 18 now, everyone just shows up at my house and we celebrate and hang out, I feel so bad for the people who have had to experience this though. :(

Nah, that's never happened to me. I stopped with "birthday parties" when i was like 14, though. Now my birthday usually just consists of me hanging out with a few of my closer friends, and getting totally hammered :D
