Ok i was building a new team and i need a bit of help with this

Careful Nature
EVS: 252HP 144 Att 112 Sp.De
- Pain Split
- Will-o-wisp
- Pursuit
- Taunt
Simple to use really, Taunt, burn them and then pain split off the damage.
Pursuit is there to cause damage meanwhile and causes double damage if they decide to switch out.
also a back up wall.

- Dragon Pulse
- Fire Blast
- Hydro Pump
Hits everything for at least neutral damage in the game (thats why Draco meteor and Dragon Pulse are there together and for the extra pp)

EVS: 252 HP 252 Defense 6 Attack
- Drill Peck

- Whirlwind

Yes i know i have a huge Starmie/Bolt Beam weakness but i figured they will usually have a choice item, so i can just switch to a counter.
I also hace a Calm Mind Blissey that i sometimes use but is only has 15 Ivs in Special Attack is this worth using over Milotic ?
