Have you seen any strange license plates on a car?

Yup.Here's one I see at school:U LEARN
 
I have seen stuff like " Hot Stuff " and things like that.
 
Saw 2 minnesota ones
"H4CK3RZ"
"KSSMYSS" on a chevorlet impala SS of all things

and one from virginia that had the V to the way left symbolizing the symbol of virginia and looks like a big V the license plate # read "AGINA"
