Yeah, i just thought it would be helpful though. it's the only guide that hasn't been covered, and i thought i should just put for the heck of it. but i agree, the Mod's might close this thread due to Pointlessness.

Actually, yes they are. and with Serene Grace's effect they are 100% effective. Also moves like Double team, and OHKO moves are banned as well.

oh i didnt know that serene grace could increase the efficentness of items too. yeah i knew that OHKO moves were banned since the advanced gen.

BrightPowder, Lax Incense, King's Rock, Razor Fang, and Quick Claw are probably the only things that need to be on that list.
Scope Lens and Razor Claw don't really work to effectiveness very well.
