Heatran

the standard Heatran set is with Choice Scarf.

if you want to go with choice specs, i highly suggest you focus on giving it at least 188 HP evs. for moveset, go with Flamethrower/Dragon Pulse/Earth Power/Overheat.

fire + dragon + ground covers everything. you may want to consider explosion instead of overheat for Blissey and the like.

it doesn't need that much special defense. it has that advantageous 106 base sp def and def to cover it. all it needs is some HP evs. put the rest into special attack.

also, one thing to note: make sure that your ev distribution is by divisible by 4. for instance, 126 in two stats is a complete waste of 4 evs, which equals 1 total stat point at lvl 100. so instead of 126 speed, give it either 124 or 128.

yeah, same for me. blissey is a class-a b****.

if flash fire has been activated, double STAB + choice specs + flamethrower would do some good damage to blissey (maybe about 55-65%), but otherwise, it's gonna have no chance against a blissey. special variations of milotic also do a decent job of walling him, but that's about it.

Eh... I have plenty of Physical Sweepers on my team to take care of that. Even though Milotic does have me worried. Hopefully I can outrun one with my Gligar and get in a powerful Thunder Fang with its 31 IV in Attack.

I've been breeding these gosh darn Gligars for months now...

But dealing with bulky Water-types is a risk worth taking when using a sandstorm-team.

Why not jus replace lucario with Magnezone. It'd still be Special, but it would thrash a Milotic anyway

oh no, i wouldn't use gliscor for that unless your gliscor has choice band. probopass and ttar could take care of milotic if it came to it.

What about a Thunderbolt from a Probopass with 31 Special Attack IV's? I know it won't be able to OHKO that beautiful mermaid, but I think it'll take a considerable chunk out of its HP.

Breeding for good IVs is killer...

Totally posted this right after your last two posts.
