I had 2 balloms in, but it runs fine with one.

This is one icky deck you need to cut dwon the number of cards, I'd try not to go above 45, but I like 40-43 cards. You also need more synergy, and a lot more speed. You only have five Nature cards in there so cut them out, and you basicly have to have 4 T-Pits in a Darkness deck.

Also, what happened to your obsession with Lavithans (sp)? Congrats on winning the tourny too!
    :D

Thanks, but the Nature is fine. You've never seen a deck with (example) Light/Water then 4 added terror pits, or a Dark/Water with 4 Holy Awes? The nature is just to tutor the cards I need. 50 cards is the standard amount I run and everyone in my Meta so thats not to big a deal. Plus thats what the nature is for. As for Terror Pits I only have three; and actually this deck usally gets moving fast I have around 15 creatures I canget out before turn 4 ( 3 mana or less).

PS- This was ment to be a demon command deck too if anyone didn't notice XD

This deck is lacking so much synergy it's GAH, so instead of posting a long list of modifications, I'mgoing to post what the deck would look like once it's modified.

    2-3 Photocide,Lord of The Waste
    4. Gregorian Worm
    2 Chaos Worm
    4 Marrow Ooze,The Twister
    4 Critical Blade
    4 Horrid Worm
    4 Bloody Squito
    3 Wailing Shadow Belbetphlo
    4 Death Smoke
    4 Grey Balloon
    2 Dark Reversals
    3-4 Shadow Moon
    4 Terror Pit
    3 Diminsion Gate
    3-4 Jack Viper

That is a complete different deck, its the average dark deck anywhere you go. Really I'd like one of you'll to play it before you say it lacks energy. Just about every time I've played this I've had creatures out by turn one, two and three with the exception of one or two times where there wasn't a creature placed every single turn up until 3. The blockers are placed early on to provide a defence while getting out The Demon Commands, and they early on too are placed in the mana zone. I think while both of you where trying to help(good ideas, just not what this deck was about) missed the point of the Deck. Its a demon command deck!

PS- I smoked 3 guys in 4 man duel today with this deck, although those last longer and I had most of my Commands out one point or another during the battle.

PSS- If anyone hasn't noticed ether if you establish enough attackers then get out Olgate, attack with him. Then have all your weaker creatures attack higher powered creatures to untap Olgate and use him again. Devastating Combo

In an almost mono dark deck? The monsters are good enough at killing themselves as it is. I don't know who you're fighting over there but I doubt that deck is any major accomplishment where I'm from. Synergy is different from speed. My deck has speed too I also usually have a creature out by turns one two and/or three, but speed isn't such a major factor unless your running mostly nature or fire. Synergy is your likelyhood of drawing a particular card at a particular time. So you have an olgate. big deal. Death smoke, terror pit, both cards in my deck. And with my jack vipers on the field, I can block any attack, then kill your little olgate with my Photocides. Synergy is depending on drawing a particular card at a particular time, and your likelyhood of that increases with more copies of the card you need. Two points to finalize:

1.) I know that's a different deck. You're deck was so all over the place I had to remake it completely.

2.) Why did you even bother posting up your deck if your going to argue with any and all advice that doesn't agree with you?

The because I never asked you to completely rebuild the deck anyway. And why are you focusing on Olgate so much? And just like you said I can just as well easily rid you of your little photocide with a death smoke or terror pit.

Come to our area, and try to run that, Mono-Nature, and Human-Rush decks, would over run that, and just so you know Cookie-Cutter format is good for Darkness, it really desen't work any other way, except that you could switch out a few cards, and it might still work.

Synergy is also how well you cards go together, I guess it's pretty good in that way, but it just seems too slow to belive your stories, 40 card decks that are fast, and Water with unblockables, would kill and bounce you into next week.
