Spinoff/Mobile Hello anyone wanna help me choose which Magikarp to evolve?

Hello, I am called Eatin Dead Birds. I'm level 30 and started playing last year. I have a lot of good Magikarp and can't decide which to evolve. Also, I'm aware of the research involving Magikarp, I'm not missing that opportunity. Magikarp is also my favorite Pokémon, no really. I will never not catch one as long as I have a ball left (I run out often). I'm that guy that puts Magikarp in the gyms. Sorry- without further ado here are the Magikarp
1. CP 178
IVs A 14 D 15 H 9

2. CP 160
IVs A 11 D 14 H 12

3 CP 152
IVs A 15 D 11 H 13

4 CP 114
IVs A 11 D 15 H 15

So which one should I choose? Appreciate any help.
