[Question] Hello everyone Can you give ideas for Water Type starter?

Hello reader, I need great ideas for the Water starter, the region is based on China, We already have the elements and idea for grass and Fire starters, pls can you help us
giving great ideas below? thanks

Hey, I just googled "water creatures unique to china" and the "chinese water deer" caught my attention. Although it's not water creature or something but it's pokemon game and it has "water" in name, so why not make it a Water type lol, tho I don't know what secondary typing could it have, maybe Steel or Ice, but it's up to you to decide about it.
