Hello, I was thinking if you could redirect me where I can request custom pokemon sprites and
where I can talk about or question about Poccil's Pokemon Starter Kit.

Sadly, you cannot request custom sprites anywhere in the Art Gallery, but you can see some examples of good spriting over in the Pixel Art sub-forum. Make sure to read the rules of each board before you begin posting, okay? Oh, and it seems you've found the Game Development board, as that's where you'll find the answer to your second question.

It's fine if you want to ask a few questions in your introductory thread and all, but this thread seems to contain nothing but two questions. Now that you've got your answers, this thread really isn't needed here in NU/W. If you want to make a true introduction, feel free to make a new thread.
