    Hello! :D Im PokéWanderer, but you can call me Proffeser poke, po, PW or well anything really if you don't feel like typing the whole thing out. :) Anyway here are some things that you might (or might not) want to know about me, I am 17, male, I usually pick the grass as a starter and I have never beat a pokemon game. You my find it silly, but to me that way the Adventure never ends. I mean I beat everybody, but I don't catch'em all. It's more of a sentimental thing than anything else. I like poetry, rock music, coomics, and movies of all kinds. It's a pleasure to be here and to talk to you all, andpif you need anything or have ANY questions than (then?) please feel free to ask.:D
     
    Hey there, Pokewanderer! If you like playing the games, you should head over to the Current Generation Gaming if you have or plan to get games like B&W or X&Y. If not, or if you want to play the other versions, you should check out the General Pokemon Gaming Discussions where you can talk about the games themselves or engage in challenges that make the game more fun to play. I'm sure you'll find a lot there to keep you busy, and if not, you'll probably run into a good number of members looking for a trade or a battle.

    And honestly, I don't find that silly at all. Pokemon is a very nostalgic game for people and it means a lot to us, so we all have our own quirks about it! You needn't worry! :) Other than that... if you like Poetry like you said, there is a section for that too, as well as the Entertainment and Hobbies board where you can talk about movies, music, and comics.

    PC really has a place for everyone, so I hope you enjoy your stay here! Hope to see you around! Shoot me a VM if you ever wanna chat.
     
    Hi, :D Thanks, I knew I wasn't the only one with quirks. I mean i've been playing since red and blue and I still have the games.:P It's pVery Nostalgic for me, because that's what my brother and I often did so yeah. :) Anyway thanks for the info, i'll check it all out and maybe message you tommorow.
     
    Hello Pokewander and welcome to PC!

    I pick the grass starter too! Ever since Ruby and Sapphire I'd picked the grass starter cause I thought Treecko was really cool. I still do and it's one of my favorite Pokemon. Ever since then, I've picked the grass starter. I probably will do the same for X and Y too and pick Chespin. Are you excited for X and Y yourself? I presonally am. All the news lately it's hard not to be. I can't wait for October to come!

    It's fine to be nostalgic I can be too sometimes. How long have you been playing? I've been a fan of Pokemon since 1998 and my first game was Pokemon Red. Playing that and alot of older games really take me back. All the memories of playing as a kid really get to me. It's ok to be nostalgic sometimes. I still find time to play the old games every now and then and revive those memories.

    I also see you're into comics? Neat. Lately I've been getting into comics myself. I'm an artist and I find the art in some comics incredible , juts really cool art. I personally read more manga than comics, but there's still even cool art in manga too. What's your favorite comics? Right now I'm reading the Adventure Time comic. I've been obsessed with the show lately and had to read the comic. It's just as funny as the show is and I love the incredible art in it. Particularly the alternate covers for the issues. So beautiful. You're in to poetry as well huh? I've wrote several poems in my time and I have to say I'm fairly decent myself, but I'm no Edgar Allen Poe lol. As ANARCHit3cht said we do have a Poetry section and you can post any poems you've written there. I see you also share another thing with me. We both love rock music! Any favorite bands or artist? I personally love Relient K , Switchfoot, Skillet, Rise Against, Green Day, Foo Fighters, A Day To Remember, All Time Low, Three Days Grace, MUSE, RED , and Fall Out Boy to name several. But my taste can range from indie to hardcore/metalcore.
