hello, my name is blikosaur and ive played pokemon ever since it first came out. i first found this place while looking for rom hacks and have become very interested in making my own hack, but im just a noob at rom hacking so any help would be much apreciated.

There are a lot of great rom hack makers here. You might want to had to Emulation if you want to be an expert on ROMs.
