Hey thought i would introduce my self to the site!

My names rhys im 14 years old and have loved pokemon since i was 6 and since the release of platinum i have continued to enjoy it. When i joined the site i noticed people talking about shinies and ev training which i dont really understand and if someone will explain it to me i would be ever so happy :)
