Instead of just saying 'hi' in my first post, I thought I'd make a teeny bit of effort and write a little.
When I was 10, I got Pokemon Blue. I was just getting into Pokemon, and soon that game became the only thing I did when I got home from school. Pokemon was a huge fad at school, so everyone played it. I then started collecting the cards, watching the anime etc. I went on to play Silver to death.
A few years later the fad was over, but I still loved Pokemon. I didn't play the games or watch the shows, but it was still in my mind. Now, about eight years since I've played Pokemon, I thought screw it, and bought a DS and Platinum, just for memories sake. I've been really getting into it, and I love playing Pokemon again.
This community of Pokefans looked like a nice place to join, so I signed up. Looks like a really cool online hang out, and I love how you guys have tournaments and role plays and stuff, looking forward to getting involved.
And finally, since I haven't even said it yet, hello everyone!
