Hello and welcome to Pokecommunity. FUn and excitement shall be had by all!
Edit signature in the drop down menu top right. You will kinda need to get an image shop website liek Photobucket, which will after you download a picture into it, give you codes to paste into signatures.
For claims you will need to go to the claims thread, which is at current not open. Since the old one died, and the new one is for reclaiming at this moment.
But you can check it out to see which pokemon are left. https://www.pokecommunity.com/threads/100992

New Users/Welcome isn't a help forum.
Google for "Pokemon sprites", the first site I found had them, and I'm sure more do. You might also want to check out the Pixel Art forum, they have a resource thread for Pokemon sprites. All you have to do is put in a little effort. ;D
...I totally misread that. Find the sprites, upload it to your own image site (Imageshack works really well), and follow what he said up there.
Since I think I have this covered, and it really doesn't fit anywhere, I'm going to close this.
