You can only get the mystic ticket through the event (can't remember which one), or in your case gameshark or some other cheat device

The grammar wasn't that bad, he missed the suffix off of "do" and mispelt "mind", it was adequately legible.
The point you made was also wrong. While events may have stopped, you can still get them by transfering them from a friend's cartridge via mystery gift. My friend makes a lot of money doing it on ebay. Click here for an example.
