No, it's alright to get excited about your first post. Hopefully it's the first of many more quality comments you will make here at the Pokécommunity. I do hope you will contribute a fair amount to the community as well, my friend. We're certainly never adverse to more content.

I haven't yet seen your work, but I'm sure it's nice. Perhaps you will be able to expand upon this map creating ability of yours during your stay. You're certainly not the only member well versed in the art.
