Hi there! As you can tell, I am new. I have Emerald and Pearl and I used to have the r/s pinball too, but I lost it.

I have been on a forum like this before so I think I know my way around. I would appreciate any tips on how to improve my team (in my sig). By the way, they are all lvl 50.

Have a good time here on PC. My personal advice would be to lose Shuckle. Sure, it has a high Defence and Special Defence, but Weak attack. Try some other bug type pokemon, like Vespiquen or Yanmega.

How would forretress be?

Serebii recommended it for its high defense while using the rapid spin and spikes technique. (i forgot that technique, what does it do?).
