    Hi, my name is Luca and I'm a italian boy. I'm a Otaku and I like "make" a Hack rom of Pokemon. Ah sorry my English... :)
     
    Hi and welcome to PC, Luca. Don't worry about your English, I'm still learning about it too. Ohoho, hacks are popular, aren't they? Emulations and ROM Hacking section might do wonders to you, especially that you can find the tools to make them. And I wonder if you'll take interest in General Entertainment too, since there's a place for otaku like you. I hope you have fun and enjoy PC at its fullest Luca!

    Hey there Luca and welcome to PC!

    My good buddy Wind there has already covered the sections you might like, the Emulation & ROM Hacking section is the main hub on PC for hackers since it has loads of great tools you can use to make hacks as well as finished hacks you can play. And nice avatar of Monkey D. Luffy you have there, PC has a fair share of One Piece fans so I'm sure you can make some new friends.

    Anyways, I'm sure you can enjoy being part of the community and become an active member, the staff are always there if you need help but there's friendly people outside of the staff too so don't hesitate to ask around. Cirno, the resident mod here is always there if you need assistance with anything since her specialty is new members. I do hope to see you around the forums, Luca!

    Also, you like Making/Hacking Pokemon games, eh? Maybe your a skillful person
    when it comes to hacking games like these. Anyways, you may start at the

    Your English has yet to leave a bad impression on me. You've done good so far! I'm a big anime fan sometimes. Wouldn't call myself an otaku , but I do really enjoy anime a lot. Right now I've been watching the English dub of Sword Art Online. I'm letting it sink into me , but I'm liking it so far. As others recommended, I also suggest General Entertainment. There's a lot of anime fan here and so you can find all sort of threads on anime and Japanese culture. There's also ones on music, movies, TV shows, and even books too. It's one of the most diverse sections we have besides Chit-Chat & Polls. I recommend that section as a great way to meet people. PC has a lot of variety in general really. The Emulation the section is you can look at first and then you can go from there!

    Hopefully you can have a bunch of fun here! If you want to ever talk with anyone, I'm always open for chat. Just send me a visitor's message or VM in my profile.
