    Hello!~
    I'm Veil, and I'm new here. I've been a fan of the Pokemon series since Yellow was released, but my first game was Sapphire, and I've bought every main series game since then. So needless to say I'm super excited for OR/AS. Hoenn is definitely the best region, especially in terms of music. (those trumpets!)
    Unlike a good amount of people who join this forum, I did not come for ROM Hacking. I actually know next to nothing about ROM hacking. No, I joined for the community! I've been scouting this place out for a while, and it looks like the members are really great people. Hopefully I'll be able to make friends with all of you!

    Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald were one of my favorites, too, and just like you, I'm also pretty excited for ORAS! Which version are you getting--Omega Ruby, or Alpha Sapphire? Personally, I'm most likely going to choose former, considering that Ruby was my first ever of the three, and following it up would definitely help bring memories back.

    It's good to know that you're not here for ROM hacking (even though it's not a bad thing). This is what many people comes to PC for, and seeing someone not like it is a rare sight. Since you're in this forum for our community, you should try sticking yourself around as much as you possibly can; that way, you'll get to meet and befriend people, and the more you do, the more enjoyable you'll be finding PC.

    Good on you. n~n We have so much to do here and PC isn't just a hacking forum so it's great when people post around elsewhere. Though luckily majority of people I know here aren't really into hacking either; the other sections outside that are bustling themselves. Lots to do here. Welcome! :')

    Hoenn is totally the best region. I am crazy excited for OR/AS so November couldn't come fast enough. Guessing the OR & AS and Advance Generation boards would be great for you so those are my personal recommendations.
