actually I have a question...

gastly is suppose to learn Hypnosis at level one so I figured you need a egg or something... so I got a gastly egg hatched it and it didn't have Hyponsis :( is there any ways to get it?

I'm not sure if discussions like this are suppose to take place in a welcome thread. o.o; Oh heck, it's different. Nice. As for me, I'm a diamond boy all the way. I know nothing about Gastly except that that brown, smelly looking aura that surrounds him is what keeps me away in the first place.
R'anyway, have a blast on PC. Holla at the King (me) if you need anything.

Ok, first off welcome to the forums and I have some ideas on why your gastly may not have Hypnosis and maybe a way you can get it since you missed it. (btw PM if u wanna chat or w/e be friends all that good stuff.)
If you caught gastly in the wild at low lvl say 12-16 he shouldn't know it since he learns Curse at lvl 12 and he has 3 moves before hypnosis. And when u say you breed them...which did you breed, two gastly? or gastly female with something else? Anywho until i know that info i can't help u except with this...Get a heart scale(find one in-game randomly on the ground) and if you are having trouble u can always start and try your gracious luck with trying to find one by digging up one in underground...Or one other place is having other versions..which you don't but u might get lucky with trade from friend is getting a Luvdisc with one :)...now once you get one take that to the guy who knows every move for every pokemon(lots of time on his hand apprently) and he'll want a heart scale and in exchange he'll let u relearn a move you have forgotten...anything that gastly/gengar now has learned a long time ago as long as it's lvl up...not if it's say like a TM, unless the TM can be learned by lvling up but then u just wasted a TM lol.
