Hello!
This error is coming from a failure to read that location on your PC. Looking at the screenshot this could be because of the characterset used on your PC. (or the dev not accounting for people with different charactersets playing the game).
To fix it you can try to set your system language to English and this should then hopefully fix the issue.
I may he wrong but that's where i would look first for attempting to solve this.
