Can someone help me? I'm looking for a guide on how to add 4th gen evolutions, moves, and abilities to Pokemon Emerald

That 650 patch is great, the sprites being updated is less than ideal so I'll see if I can't just change those back. Though just in case, is there a good guide for manually adding in the 4th gen abilities as well?

Sure, here's a thread that's dedicated to that sort of thing. It may take a while to learn if you're new to ROM hacking but definitely worth it.
