[Other] Help compiling BW HP Bar in Fire Red

hello, im having issues inserting this into a rom

im runing "python scripts//insert" in the main folder, already put a BPRE0.gba rom on the master folder too, despite getting an error i do get the "test.gba" file but it has no changes whatsoever its just a regular fire red rom with no changes.

this is the message i get in cmd:

the line that's in spanish after "python scripts//insert" would be: " 'objdump' is not recognized as an internal or external command operable program or batch file"

I'm using python 3.8 and have devkitPRO installed

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You can insert it from this repo: https://github.com/PlatinumMaster/EternalCode-BWHealthBars-BPRE
It is the same HP Bar, but this one has no compilation problems.

Tested the link above on a vanilla rom and it doesnt seem to work
