[HELP] Custom evolution works but Pokémon won't obey.

so my first custom pokemon works fine but when it evolves into my other custom pokemon using a custom item it wont obey me anymore. can somebody help me?

How did you make said custom Pokémon? Did you overwrite an existing Pokémon?

If you made this custom Pokémon by replacing a Pokémon, did you happen to use Mew or Deoxys (if you're hacking a Gen 3 game)? These two Pokémon are known to always disobey if they don't have the fateful encounter flag set, even if you have all 8 badges.
