Hey, I want input on what to change on my team or keep in Heart Gold.

Adamant crobat -fly, x scissor,x posion, return
Modest Gengar - shadow ball, energy ball, hidden power, psychic
Adamant Heracross - close combat, shadow claw, dark slash, stone edge
Quirky Typhlosion - earthquake, blast burn, flamethrower, tackle
    Docile Lapras - ice beam, thunderbolt,dragon pulse,surf
Modest Ampharos - thunderbolt, signal beam, hidden power, cotton spore

All are in the 40s level wise.
What pokemon should I switch out to balance my team out? (Moves aswell)
I know gengar and crobat both are poison.

Two words: Rock and Psychic. Your team has THREE weaknesses to BOTH of them and not a single resist. Honestly that Heracross does you more harm than good and I'd recommend switching it for something else, what exactly else is your call. Also try something besides cotton spore on Ampharos, power gem maybe? Blast Burn isn't worth the wait because Typhlosion's defenses are pitiful, and tackle is just.... Anything else is better to be brutally honest. On Gengar I STRONGLY recommend you replace HP with Focus Blast.

    Hope That all helps! :)

I'm having a hard time finding a strong pokemon to replace heracross. Scizor perhaps? Strong and only weakness is fire 4x but easy to cover. & power gem is learned at 52 and he's at 42 atm so that was already in mind for a move slot. % what are some move choices for Typhlosion. He's modest so only special attacks are available due to his attack being decently lower. (Earthquake was a filler for now)

And Typhlosions move pool is fairly bad atm he's level 44 and only learned pretty usueless stuff and some fire moves that aren't better than flamethrower

Yeah I know. I like to use as many of my pokemon in a battle as possible. Lapras is my bulky pokemon with 4 good moves that cover alot
