    Suggest me something to get better, or replace on my team. No EVs.

    Blaziken - Fire Punch, Brick Break, Sky Uppercut, Flamethrower
    Crobat - Sludge Bomb, Fly, Steel Wing, HP Bug
    Aggron - Strength, Iron Tail, Dig, Solarbeam
    Flygon - Dragon Claw, Secret Power, Earthquake, Crunch
    Wigglytuff - Shadow Ball, Sing, Body Slam, Thunderbolt
    Crawdaunt - Surf, Swords Dance, Facade, Ice Beam

    They're all around lv. 63-64.

    And also something for my Battle Tower team.

    Metagross (@ Leftovers) - Psychic, Meteor Mash, Toxic, Iron Defense
    Banette (@ Magnet) - Will-o-Wisp, Shadow Ball, Rain Dance, Thunder
    Salamence (@ Charcoal) - Fly, Headbutt, Flamethrower, Dragonbreath
     
    Well.....Blazikens Fire Punch move could be replaced with Its SIGNATURE MOVE,Blaze Kick or sunny day so it can back up Aggron`s solarbeam. Crawdaunt`s a water & dark type so it could know (replace with facade if ya want)crunch instead of flygon. and flygon could know dragon dance or sandstrom...And,Tell me....What held items do your pokemon have?

    Blaziken - Blaze Kick/Flamethrower, Aerial Ace, Sky Uppercut, Earthquake

    Going with what everyone else said Blaze Kick over Fire Punch for more power, or just use Flamethrower, Aerial Ace over Brick break as Sky Uppercut already does the job better, Earthquake to replace one of the fire moves.


    Crobat - Sludge Bomb, Fly, Steel Wing, Confuse Ray

    HP Bug wasn't needed, it can only hit Psychic/Dark but Crobat shouldn't be going up against them, if your really desperate for HP bug, forget Steel Wing, Confuse ray can help you out of a tight stop.

    Aggron - Strength, Iron Tail, Dig, Take Down/Aerial Ace

    Solarbeam is terrible for Aggron, Take Down can be powerful since you won't take recoil damage (depending on your ability) or Aerial ace if your going with Sturdy.

    Flygon - Dragon Claw, Secret Power, Earthquake, Crunch

    Secret Power needs to be replaced with something, but I'm not exactly the best with Gen III n.n; Maybe try Iron tail?

    Wigglytuff - Shadow Ball, Sing, Body Slam, Thunderbolt

    Nothing wrong with Tuffeh here,

    Crawdaunt - Surf, Swords Dance, Facade, Ice Beam

    Same with Crawdaunt ~

    E-Quake > Iron Defence all the time.

    Banette (@ Magnet) - Will-o-Wisp, Shadow Ball, Psychic, Thunderbolt

    Psychic > Rain Dance, it cripples Flamethrower Thunderbolt > Thunder

    Salamence (@ Charcoal) - Fly, Headbutt, Flamethrower, Dragon Claw

    You won't get far with this team.
    Firstly, never use the +10 items (Magnet, Charcoal). They never boost enough to be considered useful.
    Individual member comments:
    Metagross: Why such a mixed moveset? You have special moves, physical moves and stall moves. Since EVs are limited you're either going to end up not KOing things that you could if you were to focus solely on one attack stat, or unable to survive attacks that you would if you were to focus solely on stalling.
    Banette: Mixed moveset again. Rain Dance doesn't benefit your team mates, and Thunder doesn't hit the Pokemon that you would have trouble with for super effective (Normal and Dark types). Banette is not the strongest ghost Pokemon you can use - Gengar is much better.
    Salamence: What is Headbutt for? It doesn't get STAB and can't hit anything for super-effective.

    An example of a good team would be the Starmie-Metagross-Salamence team:
    Starmie Surf/Psychic/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt
    Metagross Agility/Meteor Mash/Earthquake/Explosion
    Salamence Dragon Dance/HP Flying/Earthquake/Flamethrower
    Distribute Lum Berry and Leftovers as you wish, and pick a random item for the third. You can even use Choice Band on the Salamence if you replace Dragon Dance with something else.
