3rd Gen help!!glitch...maybe?

    ok,I beat the elite 4 and now the two rocket members on one island wont fight me!i have the national dex!!!
     
    Its not a glitch, you just have to do something before they fight you, can you see the cave that they are blocking??.....Try talking to Celio.
     
    Did you fix the time machine yet?..Maybe you have to get both the ruby and sapphire so that celio's time machine will work..try that and then go see if you can fight them.
     
    So you can't get to any islands besides 1,2,3?? Well then you for sure need to get the rainbow pass....But *thinks* Celio should have givin you that when you talked to him after you got the national dex and defeated the elites.
    Well, get the rainbow pass, and then go get the two gems, the sapphire is in the tanopy ruins, and the ruby is gottin after you defeat the rockets at the rocket warehouse, island 5..I think..might wanna check again about that.
     
    i talked to him again, he does say different and get the gems, but no 4-7 pass!i'll try the cave again!

    nah what happens is you get the national dex go to island 1 talk to celio he should say something about some jems for the machine you go to the place with the rockets and walk up to them and they talk about their plan and you hear one of the passwords then they realise, you battle them both then go into the cave and the ruby is located in there. you take the ruby to celio and he gives you the rainbow pass and some extra pages for your town map. then you go to 4 island into icefall cave and help loreli beat the rockets there, then go to 6 island and go down to the cave with the braille code and use cut on the door then you have to go down some holes to get to the sapphire but then a scientist steals it and goes to sell it to the rockets and gives you the second password. you then go to 5 island and to the rocket warehouse beat the admin and then the scientist who will return the sapphire to you. then go to celio and give it to him then its done ^_^
     
    you get the ruby from the rockets hideout.



    Inside the cave you meet a girl (i forgot her name) and there are two rockets..and the rockets are stealling pokemon, so you battle them and then they flee to the warehouse, and they say "if you want these pokemon bac you have to come get them from the ware house". Thats when you go to the warehouse and get the ruby.
    And I'm almost possitive that you get the sapphire from the tanopy ruins....You have to get the sapphire first, thats when celio gives you the rainbow pas.. give him the sapphire and he says that the other gem (the ruby) is on another island (5 i think). so he gives you the rainbow pass to that you can go to the rocket ware house to get the ruby

    Read the FAQ next time.

    Get the NationalDex and talk to Celio on One Island. He'll send you on the quest to get the plates and give you the Rainbow Pass. Ruby plate is in the cave near Mt. Ember (which is north of One Island). It's not in the Warehouse. The Warehouse is where you get the Sapphire Plate after it's stolen.

    Tranoby Ruins has nothing to do with the plates.
