help HG champion lance

can someone help me?

I am stuck with the the champion,on my first run I made it to lance but killed only his gyarados here is my team:

Typhlosion lv.40 moves,quick attack swift flamewheel lavaplume item:charcoal

Ampharos lv.33 moves,thunderpunch,strength thundershock thunder wave

Gyarados lv.45(my powerhouse) moves,Ice fang waterfall surf thunder item,quickclaw

Crobat lv.33 moves,air cutter u-turn fly bite

Umbreon lv 32 moves,Iron tail,quick attack bite hyper beam

Quagsire lv32 moves,whirlpool,mud bomb

You're simply under leveled. Go train your Pokemon to at least the 40s.
