3rd Gen Help: I need to find a Venusaur

    I started out Fire Red with a Charmander. I later saw Bulbasaur and Ivysaur. I can't find Venusaur though. Can anybody help me?
     
    It doesn't look like you can see Venusaur in FireRed or LeafGreen if you started with Charmander. They only way would be to trade with someone else who has it.

    There is one in the Sevii Islands trainer tower, but I'm not 100% sure that it will count as being seen.
     
    Yep. There are no venusaur see-able in FR/LG. I suggest either start a new game on another FR/LG cartridge if you have one, or finding a friend who picked bulbasaur to get an egg from it and then give it to you.

    You could use the VS Seeker on whatever trainer had an Ivysaur/Bulbasaur, perhaps eventually that trainer will battle you and evolve their bulb/ivy to Vena.
