Help Identifying Japanese Cards

I bought a bag of Pokemon cards at a garage sale recently, and I found a bunch of Japanese cards when I was going through them later. However, there are about 15 cards I can't identify. They background on every card is a light blue, the back of it has foil artwork, and while I can't read Japanese, I don't think any of the cards list any abilities/attacks or anything. They are also slightly smaller than normal cards.

Anyone have any idea what they are? Are they promo cards of some kind?

If you look at these two images on imgur, I've uploaded examples.

    Thanks!

These look like they are Fake cards. There were no japanese cards that were smaller than normal or anything like that. Sorry :(

Can you try to find any copyright information on the cards? It's kind of hard to tell from these blurry pictures if there is any. IIRC, most Japanese products still have the copyright symbol on them.

Not fakes. Just not a part of the official TCG.

I'm inclined to think that they were a special series released to promote the anime, though I'm going to need better pictures and more details to identify.

    Thanks guys for your help.

I'm not very knowledgeable, but I don't think the cards are fakes. They don't even look like normal cards, which is why I thought they might be a promo of some card. They could have been pulled from cereal boxes for all I know.

I don't think the cards have any copyright information. Again, I can't read Japanese, but I tried to find any similar characters between the cards and didn't see any. There's no text on the back on most of them too (a lot have a number, and a few do have some characters).

Here's a close-up picture of one of the cards (at imgur)

Well, it seems the bottom line is that no one is saying "ZOMG, those are super-ultra rare!", so I'm just going to chalk it up to some non-TCG promo card or related game.

    Thanks for your help!
