I have a question about Earthquake how can I go about getting it on all of those Pokemon can I get more than one of the TM? I only have access to Sapphire, Diamond, and Fire Red. I only plan on Battling my friend and his main weapon is Dragonite and a Garchomp.

Team looks fine, although you don't have a dedicated special attacker while you have 3 very physical ones.
Also I dont think we need to know how we got every move, most people will just check an online pokedex if your moveset looks iffy.

THOSE CAPITAL LETTERS HURTS MY EYES FOR SOME REASON.

well you can get earthquake at the battle tower in diamond for 80 Battle Points, which is alot. Also if you have emerald, you can clone lots of Tm 26 and migrate them over.

Why don't you give Electivire thunder punch? So you can scrap the Satk Ev's and put them into speed or something or is it a MixVire?

Ok sorry about those locations there that was really for me so I can print this list off and work on building them up.

Ok so what if I replaced Empoleon with:

Gyarados @Leftovers
Evs: 212 HP / 16 Atk / 180 Def / 100 Spd
Adamant Nature
-Earthquake
-Ice Fang/Waterfall
-Taunt
-Dragon Dance

Then Replace Metagross with:

Alakazam @Choice Specs
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
Ability: Synchronize
-Psychic
-Focus Blast
-Grass Knot
-Trick

So for the Vire I should go something like:

Electivire @Expert Belt
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant/Jolly Nature
-Thunderpunch
-Ice Punch
-Cross Chop
-Earthquake

Uh, for Electivire, try Thunderbolt with Lonely Nature.

And Gyarados always goes with Waterfall.
