    I need to beat:

    Salamence
    Alakazam
    Heracross
    Tyranitar
    Poliwrath
    Scizor

    My pokemon are:

    Dragonite
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage
    -Fire Punch
-(not sure what to put here, already used earthquake. ice punch maybe?)
    Umbreon
    -Mean Look
    -Baton Pass
    -Wish
    -Toxic
    Jolteon
    -Thunderbolt
    -Signal Beam
    -Thunder Wave
    -Yawn
    Aerodactyl
    -Rock Slide
    -Earthquake
    -Ice Fang
    -Thunder Fang
    Gyarados
    -Dragon Dance
    -Waterfall
    -Stone Edge
    -Ice Fang
    Typhlosion
    -Eruption
    -Focus Blast
    -Flamethrower
    -Thunderpunch

I'm thinking of taking Umbreon out, because i know his Alakazam has Focus Blast, and if that doesn't do it, Heracross will take him out. I'm also not sure whether Dragonite can take Salamence. My main concern is Alakazam though, since i have no clue how i'll take him out. If i take Umbreon out, who should i put in his place?

EDIT: Alright, I put the movesets.

We need EVs for all of your Pokemon and their natures, moves and a brief description of its job on the team.

If you haven't EV trained put what you plan on giving them.

No we don't. This is an in-game team, so no EVs.

But we do need movesets at least.

You could take out his Heracross and Scizor with your Typhlosion. I don't really like your Umbreon's movesets but you are going to replace it. I would replace it with a Houndoom. Teach your Dragonite Ice Punch or Ice Beam that way you could take out his Salamence. I think you'll stand a chance. Good luck.

Alright, lets take this from a tactical approach and go one pokemon at a time

    Alakazam (Psychic)
It has poor Def stats so most physical attacks with put it in pain. Dark physical attacks are almost always a OHKO. Crunch is exactly what you need here for the type advantage. Umbreon also has access to Bite, Pursuit, or Dark Pulse, which will still do some serious damage depending.

    Tyranitar (Rock/Dark)
It's a fairly strong Pokemon, but it's extremely slow I believe. Fighting types should wipe the floor with it. The only Pokemon I see with a Fighting move is Typlosion...which is very bad match up wise for you. Gyrados might get in a good STAB Waterfall...but the 4x is pretty much the best way to bring it down.

    Heracross (Bug/Fighting)
Flying and Fire are you're best bets here. Typhlosion should be fine.

    Poliwrath (Fighting/Water)
This is one of the main problems I have with this team. In reality a good Psychic and Fire will devastate this team quickly. A Fighting and Ice are probably also necessary, but working with what I got, Jolteon is a good pick here. Dragonite is alright, but if it knows any Ice moves, Dragonite is done for and that is not the case with Jolteon.

    Scizor (Bug/Steal)
TYPHLOSION.....enough said. Fire will destroy Scizor every time. He will however, wall Dragonite if you run out of Fire Punch so proceed with caution as he is also a threat to Umbreon and Aerodactyl if it's equipped with X-Scissor or Bullet Punch/Iron Head/Metal Claw (unlikely, but still possible) respectful.

    Salamence (Dragon/Flying)
This leaves us with the best of any team....Dragons are powerful and can survive quite a bit...except from Ice Attacks. Any non-legendary Dragon (and many of the legendaries) are OHKO'd by a strong Ice Beam or Ice Attack with power greater than 70 on a decent Ice Pokemon. That's because 4x 70 is 280% of it's Atk/Sp/ Atk without Stab or an item included.

Your team also has quite a few problems. Water and Electricity hammer almost everything you have.
Water will take Typhlosion and Aerodactyl (who is also weak to Electricity), however it's a good bet that a Water Pokemon will have an Ice attack which devastes Dragonite and Aerodactyl a little more (though Ice is neutral on Aerodactyl [I believe])
Electricity will cut through Gyrados and Aerodactyl and strike Dragonite for neutral.
Poliwrath and Heracross will hit for double on Umbreon and Tyranitar will probably run Jolteon if something else doesn't.
If that Poliwrath knows ThunderPunch...you'll have a tough battle as it is a counter to almost everything, save Dragonite and Jolteon.

    I need to beat:

    Salamence Weak to Ice/Dragon
    Alakazam Weak to Dark/Bug
    Heracross Weak to Fire/Flying
    Tyranitar Weak to Water
    Poliwrath Weak to Electric/Grass/Flying
    Scizor Weak to Fire

    My pokemon are:

    Dragonite
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage
    -Fire Punch
    - ICE PUNCH

    Umbreon
    -Mean Look
    - Crunch/Dark Pulse/Bite/Dark type attack move
    -Wish
    -Toxic

    Jolteon
    -Thunderbolt
    -Signal Beam (Use on Alakazam)
    -Thunder Wave
    -Yawn

    Aerodactyl
    -Rock Slide
    -Earthquake
    -Ice Fang
    -Thunder Fang

    Gyarados

    -Ice Fang

    Typhlosion
    -Eruption

    Comments in bold.

    Use Gyarados/Umbreon vs. SALAMENCE
    Use Jolteon/Umbreon vs. ALAKAZAM
    Use Typhlosion/Gyrados/Dragonite vs. HERACROSS
    Use Gyarados vs. TYRANITAR
    Use Jolteon vs. POLIWRATH
    Use Typhlosion/Dragonite vs. SCIZOR

    Hope I helped (:
