[Graphics] Help me change this sprite

    Hello! =^^=

    I'm a very very new member of the hacker community, so I'm still very confused about a lot of things but I'm trying my best to learn!
    The first thing that is giving my problems is changing sprites; particularly trainer sprites, which are the first ones I've tried. I started changing the main character appearance following this tutorial --> How To Change the Intro Sprites of FireRed by Ruki! (Sorry, apparently I'm not allowed to post links yet x'D)
    I believe I've done everything correctly, yet my sprite appears like this:
