help me choose the best snorlax!!!!!!

    Hello people of PC i need help deciding what snorlax to invest resources in my first snorlax is IV97%with lickfast and hyperbeam seems really tough now second is IV75% but moves are zen headbutt fast and body slam soooo please...... enlighten me with your thoughts on the best :)
     
    thank you for the quick response Johnny thx and should i power it up or wait for me to level up then power up? i don't know if any difference help a noob :)
