Thanks for the Blissey advice. Now, I'm gonna do something some people won't even think of doing so. I want to make my Articuno (yes, I know it's an un-OOber Legendary) a contest winner that can battle good too. Will this do?

    Articuno @Leftovers/XXX Scarf
    Ability: Pressure
    Nature: Hardy
    EV's: 160 HP, 120 Defense, 120 Sp. Def., 110 Sp. Atk.
    Attacks:
    Fly
    Hail
    Blizzard
    Water Pulse

Hail and Blizzard are comboed. Fly is so I can fly and that I can have an attack that can make Cuno oblivious to enemy appeals. Water Pulse mixes up the three other contestants (hopefully I can ruin some strategy =)) and is also a handy attack VS Rock and Fire types.

    Articuno @Leftovers/Pink Scarf
    Ability: Pressure
    Nature: Hardy
    EV's: 160 HP, 120 Defense, 120 Sp. Def., 110 Sp. Atk.
    Attacks:
    Fly Rest
    Hail Sleep Talk
    Blizzard Ice Beam
    Water Pulse Toxic

Actually, this one sucks completely in battle. As for Water Pulse...well, with Articuno's Sp.Attack (It's not really all that glorious), the lack of STAB, and the weak power of the attack, it's not really all you think it is. Besides, the neutral nature you have is going to screw it over in contest preliminaries since it will be practically impossible to max out any of its attributes (All pokéblocks have neutral effect). Anyways, the above set should work for cute contests with a simple Rest + Sleep Talk combo while still maintaining Articuno's primary battle role of stalling and walling (Rest also makes you oblivious to one jamming appeal). Ice Beam rather than Blizzard (Yes, I know it's not as good as an appeal but you won't really need it with Reststalk raking in those appeal combos) and for the final move, Toxic works great in battle with Articuno's high defensive stats while in contests it lets you screw over anyone who scores a high-value appeal. Nyah, there shouldn't be any problems if you max out (Or nearly max out) its cuteness and add a pink scarf on top of that.

Oh, and on the EV side of things you are using too much Sp.Attack...the only attack on this set will be a STAB Ice Beam, so I suggest dropping Sp.Attack to something a bit above 80 and diverting the released EVs into defensive stats.

Hmm.... but what if I prioritize Beauty over Cuteness? Will a Hail-Blizzard combo do? Add Fly and Hyper Beam to that and I may win all. Just maybe. Haha. Yeah,I'm lookin' forward to a Beauty winner... but the cute combo's nice too. :p

A Hail/Blizzard combo blows in battle as it leaves you completely incapable of hurting stuff like Dewgong and Walrein (Triple Ice resistance and immunity to Hail) and Hyper Beam and Fly will get you laughed out completely in battle with Articuno's completely pathetic Attack stat. If you're looking for something that won't be a disgrace in battle then cute is the way to go, it can still win Beauty contests too (Since Ice Beam lets you snatch the crowd goings), just get pokéblocks that enhance both cuteness and beauty then go with Rest + Stalk unless the crowd is one step from the 'going' stage during your appeal, in which case you should use Ice Beam. Whatever the case, Hyper Beam and Fly simply don't mix with "good in battle", and an Articuno that can't heal itself is a sad Articuno indeed. :\

Okay. Thanks. Now, what about my other join battling contester:

    Dragonite @King's Rock
    Ability: Inner Focus
    Fly
    Earthquake
    Thunderpunch
Fire Punch OR Ice Punch (which is better?)
    EV's: 192 Attack, 152 Sp. Atk., 6 Sp. Def., 160 Speed

What oh what is the root of your perversion with Fly? You've got the lovely (And highly useful) Cool flying move Aerial Ace (High appeal when you're first in line) which is way more useful in both contests and battles, so go with that. Anyways, this one seems to be crying for DDnite, so I'd really suggest breeding one with Dragon Dance and a +Attack nature to maximize its potential both in battle and in contests. Dragon Dance is a surprisingly handy move as it powers up all of your other appeals for the rest of the contest, and although you can't really get any proper appeal combos with a battle-friendly set, Thunderbolt (Or Thunder if you want some jamming) and Aerial Ace (Combined with an occasional condition boost) should give you a nifty amount of appeal points. If you don't want maximal effect I suppose you could go with a weakened Boahnite (Sucky version of an already second-rate set, imo)

    Thunderpunch
    Ice Punch
    Focus Punch
    Substitute

Should do well in both cool contests because of the Thunderpunch + Ice Punch combo, although Ice Beam and Thunderbolt will make it better in battle.

And there it is. Personally, I'm leaning more for the DD set as you can make it through contests quite easily by preliminary results alone.

Umm, this is CONTEST not COMPETITIVE BATTLING, big difference dude

Actually, it's supposed to work for both. xP Both the sets above work contest-wise. (I know because I've made do with worse and even got the portrait model ribbon. <.<) And like I said, you can win contests by high preliminary results and dropping a couple of random right-type appeals, anyway. The DD set is more functional if you take both while the second one is contest-oriented. It's all explained there, and if Lapras1016 is smart enough to read through properly before posting (Unlike you) then there shouldn't be a problem.

What's the best Blissey Battling Contester set for Emerald? (Please give nature and attacks). Thank you!
