Please Help! I need someone to help me evolve my feebas!

I have breeded one and have a prism scale attached and need to evolve it so this request is to trade and then trade back my fee as so it can evolve into milotic.

Would greatly appreciate and will give anyone another spare feebas I have as a reward.
