Help me improve my Battle Palace team

So I've got all the other silver symbols, but the Battle Palace is annoying, seeing as my Pokemon refuse to move half the time.

Right now, I've got a Salamence and Alakazam. A third Pokemon would be much appreciated, as would better natures/attacks for the Pokemon I have.

Lv.50 Salamence@Choice Band(any better suggestions for the item?)
    Intimidate
    Adamant
    -Aerial Ace
    -Brick Break
    -Earthquake
???(I currently have Dragon Dance, but that move + CB = BLEH, drop the CB, or add another attack move?)

    Lv.50 Alakazam@Focus Band
    Synchronize
    Timid
    -Thunderpunch
    -Ice Punch
    -Psychic
    -Calm Mind

As for my third Pokemon, I don't know yet. I'm thinking since the first two have kinda-lousy defense, maybe a tank or something (I have a Calm Regice). Feel free to suggest any good Pokemon.

Also, I found a moveset guide that suggests using a Petaya Berry for Alakazam to boost its (already ridiculously high) speed, but for the life of me, I can't find where to get one.

Petaya Berries don't boost Speed, they boost Special Attack, and they can't be found in the game.

Anyways, I hope you EV trained your Pokemon, because then this would be a lot easier.
For Salamence, you can put Fire Blast or Rock Slide over Dragon Dance.
Regice is a good choice for your third Pokemon since you'll be facing a lot of special attackers. Give it Rest along with Leftovers or Chesto Berry so it can survive extra long.

Also, during the round you fight Spenser, it would really be helpful to have a Skarmory with Sturdy on your team. Why? Well, let's look at what Spenser will be using:

    Crobat @Brightpowder
    -Confuse Ray
    -Double Team
    -Toxic
    -Fly
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: HP - 152, Special Attack - 100, Special Defense - 106, Speed - 152

    Slaking @Scope Lens
    -Earthquake
    -Swagger
    -Shadow Ball
    -Brick Break
    Nature: Hardy
    EVs: HP - 152, Attack - 152, Special Attack - 100, Speed - 106

    Lapras @Quick Claw
    -Ice Beam
    -Horn Drill
    -Confuse Ray
    -Protect
    Nature: Quiet
    EVs: Defense - 252, Special Attack - 106, Special Defense - 152

As you can see, Spenser has an annoyer Crobat, a heavy hitting Slaking, and a Lapras with an OHKO move. Skarm renders Toxic useless, resists Slaking attacks, and cannot be OHKOed with Sturdy.

Thanks for the advice, esp. on Spenser :)

I gave Salamence Fire Blast, and am training my Regice to Level 50. I'll catch a Skarmory and (for the first time) EV train it.

Again, thank you VERY much for your helpful advice!

If you want a Petaya Berry, you can get it either from Colosseum or XD. I believe Jirachi holds one as well.

And Spenser is one of the Frontier Brains on Emerald. Check Wikipedia if you want to know more.
