[Other] Help me make a rom hack! I’ll do the writing and the art and you do the coding!!

hello! I've wanted to make a rom hack for quite some time now but unfortunately I don't have the proper equipment! I lack a computer. I'm willing to pay the coder 10$ a month until we complete it!!
I haven't got the whole story planed put bur I have some concept art and such. I hope to find someone else to help me with sprites as I use a free editing app on my phone. I want it to be on a fire red rom, as I've been informed they are the easiest to hack. The rom hacker has a choice of the regions size, must have 8 towns though!! I was thinking a warmer climate with hills and flowers. I can provide a town "map" and concept art of one of the towns. As I have a super messy concept of a town of people who live in treehouses with large a large rushing river below.


New things to the Rei region
-386 New forms of Pokémon you love (called Rei, forms similar to Aloha.)
(Rei forms are basically fake mon, however they are based on the real Pokémon!! Examples below!)
-mean rival +love interest if your female
-Two endings good and bad
-Can join the evil team!
-rival is love interest (might make a female rival for male love interest.)
-Your in game age is 17, rival is 18
-new areas completely different from Kanto!

The eevee was a old pkmnE;SDT oc of mine so ignore the clothes, that's just old. TYPE; NORMAL- in this region eevee can't use stones and things it has a set evo path, like other starters.
