I was being sarcastic. It takes you to the rules, if you read them they specifically say request are not allowed.

Ah. I am sorry... I wanted to know how to.... I was actually wondering my sanity for a second there, I was like "did i ask him to make me a sig?" lol... I thought i sounded mean. Are there any tutorials on making them? I wasn't asking for someone to make one, just how. *reads rules over*...

I wondered why you said "soooo long..." when i posted it 5 min. ago. lol, i am dumb.
